Quicksilver Scientific is an established liposomal and nanotechnology company founded by chemist, Christopher Shade, PhD. Dr. Shade brought me in to build out a healthcare professional bioidentical hormone system leveraging their patented nanoemulsion technology to meet the market demands of peri/menopause.

​​Developed Strategic Program: Selected by the CEO to design, launch, and scale a strategic bioidentical hormone replenishing program targeted at women.

Conducted Market Research: Identified hormone perception and messaging for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers, analyzed product market potential, and sought potential partners.

Key Accomplishments

Focus Group: Clinical Validation to Market Launch

Clinical Studies: Led clinical studies on QS hormone products to validate efficacy and safety. This included study design, patient recruitment, on-site blood draws, analysis of results and white papers used to educate healthcare professionals on use of the new product line.

Created Training Courses: Developed the QSI Hormone Training Course for healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of the products.

Trained Sales Team: Provided comprehensive training for the sales team on the QS Hormone System to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy: Designed and implemented a multi-channel marketing strategy to effectively promote QS Hormones across various platforms.

Led Rebrand Effort: Directed the rebranding of QS Hormones, including storytelling, visual identity, and packaging to strengthen brand presence.

Developed Consumer Website: Collaborated with the creative director to build a consumer-friendly Shopify website, enhancing the online shopping experience.

Innovated Cosmetic Products: Partnered with the CEO and R&D team to create new cosmetic products and led beta testing groups to gather feedback and improve formulations.

Launched the new line at the annual A4M Conference in Las Vegas with great success.
